Early childhood can feel full and isolating at the same time. Dance gives your child a safe place to practice independence—and gives you a room full of parents living a familiar chapter.

Toddler + preschool classes
A happy first step at every age.
Every early-years class uses music, movement, repetition, and encouragement to meet young dancers where they are.
Ages 1–2Dance with Me
A parent-and-child class filled with music, props, simple dance steps, and big movement. You are right beside them as they learn how a class feels.
Ages 2–3Creative Movement
A playful introduction to ballet vocabulary, gross motor skills, listening, taking turns, and moving alongside new friends.
Ages 3–4Twinkle Toes Combo
Ballet and tap fundamentals help preschoolers build coordination, self-control, confidence, and comfort participating with a group.
Ages 3–6Kinder Hop + Ballet/Acro
Upbeat hip-hop or a ballet-and-acro combination gives growing dancers more ways to discover rhythm, balance, strength, and their own personality.

The class circle is only the beginning. As dancers grow, Cypress Elite offers recreational classes and age-eligible paths into community performances, ballet productions, and competitive training—all inside the studio relationships they already know.

Questions moms ask first
You don’t have to know dance to get started.
Is 18 months too young to start dance?
Not at all. Dance with Me is designed for ages 1–2 and includes active parent or caregiver participation, so young children can explore movement with someone they trust close by.
Does my child need any dance experience?
No. Cypress Elite’s early-years classes are designed as first-class experiences. Children learn through age-appropriate music, movement, props, repetition, and encouragement.
Which class is right for my preschooler?
The best fit depends on age and interests. Dance with Me serves ages 1–2, Creative Movement ages 2–3, Twinkle Toes ages 3–4, Ballet/Acro ages 3–5, and Kinder Hop ages 3–6.
What will my child gain besides dance skills?
Classes reinforce listening, following directions, taking turns, self-control, coordination, confidence, and positive group interaction with peers.
